Loan Document Package: $175.00 – $225.00 For Mileage up to 25 miles each way. We will travel additional miles for additional cost (up to 120 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyer’s copies, client pays shipping.) Packages larger than 120 pages are an additional $25.00.

Preliminary Documents: $175.00 (up to 30 miles round trip and up to 100 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyer’s copies, client pays shipping).

Fingerprint ink cards, also known as FBI Form FD-258, are pre-printed cards used to capture fingerprints manually. The technician uses an ink roller and inks up your fingertips then rolls each fingertip onto the corresponding fingerprint box on the card, leaving a visible copy of their prints on the card.

If needed, you may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your appointment start time. You will be charged $50.00 fee when appointment is cancelled less than four (4) hours before the confirmed appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100.00 service fee. We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. The appointment (travel) fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed.
